City on a Hill Arts

Part of the vision of Sanctuary is to use the arts to encourage and empower our community to a more caring response.  City on a Hill was initially launched through Sanctuary in order to do just that. Since then, City on a Hill has blossomed into a full-fledged community theatre group producing two major productions each year as well as other exciting events.
